[Update: This farming method was nerfed on February 9th 2010 and mobs that can be killed with vehicles or mass killed during dailies no longer drop lovely charms. If you still want to find a fast way to farm Lovely charm bracelets I share 2 alternative spots in my updated post]
The Valentines Event Love is in the Air has just started on February 7th and there is a lot of gold to be made off of people looking to complete their achievements and purchase vendor items using the event currency of Love Tokens.
One of the ways to get Love Tokens is by turning Lovely Charm Bracelets to your faction leaders who will give you 5x Love Tokens per turn in. This can only be done once per day per faction leader (4 faction leaders x 5 love tokens = 20 tokens a day)
However there is an unlimited way to keep on getting Love Tokens and that’s by turning in Lovely Charm Bracelets for a 1:1 turn in ratio to the vendor outside the Auction House for 1 Love Token.
Another great thing is that Lovely Charm Bracelets can be sold on the Auction House and they are currently for sale on my server at 10g each.
Here’s how you can farm 20 Lovely Charm Bracelets every 10 minutes
1. Find Kwee Q. Peddlefeet outside of your factions Auction house and ask for a Lovely Charm Collector’s Kit.
2. Go to Ulduar in the Storm Peaks, enter from the main entrance (You need to be in a raid group to enter, just ask someone to group with you in the zone, convert to raid, then they can leave after you enter the zone)
3. Start the siege event by talking to Lore Keeper Norgannon and activating the Secondary defensive systems, jump into a demolisher, they’ll be on the right side.
4. Position yourself in the middle of the 3 towers so that all the dwarves are coming out, use the #1 ranged attack on groups and also use #3 for the groups that get close to you.
In 10 minutes I got 202 Lovely Charms, 10 of these convert into Lovely Charm Bracelets and sell on my server for 10g each which comes out to 1,212g an hour.
Since the event just began and people start to get wind of this farming spot the lovely charm bracelets are going to drop in price so be sure to sell them quick on the auction house.
After the prices go below 4g per bracelet it may be a waste of time to do this (as it will be only 484g/hr).
Some notable items bought with love tokens:
Truesilver Shafted Arrow
Romantic Picnic Basket
As well as a bunch of achievements, find the complete list on the Wowhead site as they have done a great article – Love is in the air guide

I posted the same thing yesterday on my blog. It’s quickly becoming obsolete on most servers as prices drop but the weekend crowd will spark more sales from new customers. In a 30 minute farm session I walked away with 1500 Charms or 150 Bracelets. Initially I got 33g each but they’re currently down to 12g and falling.

You can also make a decent amount from the Frenzyhearts in the SouthWest corner of Sholazar through AoE. There’s a particular ring of them on the North side that respawns every time you fly away for a few seconds and come back – ten or so charms in seconds if you can’t get into or don’t want to go to Ulduar.
They can’t be sold on the AH, I get an error message about not being able place conjured items on the Auction House. They can’t be mailed either.

Wow seriously? Why don’t you scroll over the item and READ it. Do what it says… then sell that.

Is that directed at me? You say “Another great thing is that Lovely Charm Bracelets can be sold on the Auction House”. They can’t.

It seems that there is some kind of bug with these things. Some people can sell them on the AH and some people cant.
Its nothing to do with not converting them into bracelets its to do with the bracelet giving you a “conjured items cannot be auctioned” message.
It is very strange indeed. But stop talking to people like their retarded because it worked for you it doesn’t work for everyone.
There is actually some evidence being put forth that this is an EU vs US issue EU is broken
I had this issue with very old darkmoon faire cards (beasts I believe). I had started collecting the cards in vanilla and tried to sell them in WotLK. A GM was able to help me, however it used a “restore”, which you only have a limited number of.
