You say you sold the Ore rather than bars. I wondered how you were getting the mats for the JC powerlevel. The wow professions guide specifies a lot of copper bars, so given you mined them all, did you keep the copper for levelling? Or sell it at market price then hope to snatch some underpriced bars later? Or does ore (taking into account the AH cut) sell for more than bars so its best to sell the ore then buy bars using the AH? I found smelting the copper got me a lot of skill points, so I can access better areas, although I then loose the copper I would have mined to get those skill points through mining (and thus some gold). Focusing on leveling up Herbs and Mining (currently 277, 248). I've spent 280g buying big bags, I'm saving the herbs for now, and sales of the ore, stone, gems, and random greens has brought in over 800g.
