Cost of Leveling Enchanting
In the video I tracked how much it cost me to power level enchanting .
Starting Gold: 15, 320g
Starting Inventory Worth: 830g
Ending Gold: 8,111g
Ending Inventory Left Over: 850g
Selling Scrolls (Including AH Cut): 10,525g
Cost: (Starting Gold – Ending Gold) + (Starting Inventory – Ending Inventory)
(15,320 – 8,111g) – (830g – 850g) = 7,189g
Profit: (Selling Scrolls Value – Cost) = 3,336g Profit
1 – 350 is pretty straight forward, however once we hit level 350 the enchants start to get expensive but they also start to become useful ones that sell well so we offset this extra cost by putting them onto vellums.

Leveling Enchanting 350 – 450
At this point of enchanting each skill point starts to get expensive but they are also ones that sell very well on the auction house. We can offset this extra cost by putting them onto vellums.
The enchants I used to level from 350 – 450 should also sell well on your server since they are the most popular, but you could input your servers prices in the enchanting spreadsheet below that will tell you what the most profitable scrolls are to make given your servers material costs and price of enchants currently on the market.

the scroll prices on your server are insane!
cant wait to see how you go about profiting from enchanting, the hardest thing i find is keeping inventory high enough to make a sustained profit. in practise i find i end up collecting mats for 2-3 weeks then make as many scrolls as possible therefore it’s more like “burst” profit.

please could you do a guide on how to set up a good cycle for crafting scrolls, im trying to work out how to use ktq with enchanting but its not as simple as glyphs
Awesome guide. I’ve been Reading your articles steadily over the last few months and decided to get enchanting on an alt, iv just dinged 60 and have 300 enchanting. This guide really inspired me
to get my act together and sort out the mats
ready to powerlevel it to 450 when I ding 65. The only problem is from the looks of your spreadsheet your mats cost a lot less and tour enchants sell for a lot more than on my server. Any tips? Is it worth leveling if you Start at a loss? Will the lack of profitability from these leveling chants also translate in a lack of proibility from the proffesion in general?
