In order for your guild to progress to higher end content, you must not only have well geared members and the right strategies, but those members must also know their classes and excute them properly.
While most of us use SWSTATS to track our DPS, HPS and various other metrics to see whose lacking or which builds are best for certain bosses, there is another option out there that can give you a more drilled down version of all this information.
It’s called WOW Web Stats, You can use their search feature to find statistics on various different bosses to see how your guild compares to the best guids in world of warcraft. After each boss attempt your guild has you can share your private report with other guildmates to see a vast amount of statistics.
Here’s how it works:
1. download Loggerhead : this program will increase your combat log limit from 40 to 200 yards. Unzip it into your addons folder
2. Type “/combatlog” when you enter an instance with your guild (SSC/The Eye etc..) this will start a log file in “/log/WoWcombatlog.log”
3. Have at least 3 – 4 people running this log that are in the instance to get the most accurate information, send it all to one person that submits it, which is uploaded to the wow web stats page for your guild to view.
